This policy covers the Mustard Seed Daycare website and its online inquiry form. It does not describe information collected later as part of enrollment or day-to-day child care.
Information you share with us
When a parent or guardian sends an inquiry, the form asks for their name, email address, phone number, their child's age or date of birth, program of interest, preferred start date, care schedule, and a message. The form also lets them request a tour. We use this information to respond about care, availability, tours, and next steps.
Please do not include medical, financial, or other sensitive personal information in the form.
Form delivery
The inquiry form sends submissions to Formspree for processing and delivery to Mustard Seed. Formspree may store submissions according to the account's settings. Formspree describes its own practices in its privacy policy.
Website analytics
This site includes Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Ahrefs says its standard service reports aggregate activity without cookies or persistent identifiers. The site links to Mustard Seed's Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram pages. If you follow one of those links, that service's privacy practices apply to your visit there.
